Being able to think on your feet, approach tasks from different perspectives and think 'outside of the box' will distinguish your child from others. If children have practice thinking creatively, it will come naturally to them now and in their future career. Children can take their experiences of the world and transform them through art, making new connections and relationships through their inventive minds. Making pictures allows children to express their feelings and ideas, both as a means of self-expression and to communicate to others. Older children may use pictures for more conceptual purposes, expressing their concerns and ideas.
